"Uncle Mike's made the wedding cakes for my wedding over 4 years
ago now and our guests are literally STILL talking about how delicious
and memorable the dessert was! One of the owners, Mary, does a
phenomenal job in service and decoration. And you really can't beat
their layered cake! They're so unique and so special! Don't skip over
all of their other baked goods! Uncle Mike's breads, cookies and
coffee are so yummy. Their new deli is great too!"

"My husband and I have found that the Multi Grain bread from Uncle
Mikes is the only bread we will purchase. Their bakery and candy is
the best we have ever eaten. I once lived in Shawano and remember
Mehlbergs very well. The customer service we receive in DePere is the
best we have ever received. The staff remembers their customers by
face and name. I walk in every other Saturday morning and when
Genna notices me,with her welcoming smile, she knows just what

the caramel apple pie to the chicken soup from the deli. Whenever we
go visit our 3 year old grandson in Naperville, Il, he requests that we
bring a couple of loaves of cinnamon swirl bread (that is his personal
favorite) and he loved his "Thomas the Tank Engine" cake for his 3rd
birthday. NO OTHER BAKERY CAN COMPETE WITH UNCLE
MIKE'S!!!"

extremely happy with every cake order I have placed. As a matter of
fact I have never been disappointed with any purchase from Uncle

We have never been disappointed when getting our birthday and
special occasion cakes from Uncle Mike's.
We wanted a very unique cake made up for my stepdaughter's 16th
birthday party, which was a Hawaiian themed. The pig roast cake (Link
to picture) was a HUGE hit. By the way, we need to give you a copy of
the picture for your gallery. It was wonderful and tasty too!!!
